read full review"At first when I tried it I did not feel instant relief at all ( I also have bad neck due to car accident from few years ago) but I decided to just stay laying down for 5-6 minutes just to see if it'll change anything but once time was up I still hadn't noticed any changes or relief so I thought I had just wasted my money and it was just a huge scam... I COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG! As soon as I got up the instant I stood up is when I noticed the huge relief/difference of my neck it was literally the most beautiful amazing feeling you could possibly imagine, my neck has not felt this great in years! Just walking around with good posture and no neck tension felt like I was on could 9! I love it so much best purchase I've made! So please don't give up on it if you don't feel instant relief when you lay down just give it a few minutes and trust me you'll enjoy it when you stand up! "

The other options were the neck sling, which looks totally effective but something about hanging my head by the door urks me...and a vertical table, which I've used and LOVE but its extra af (meaning I don't have space for that crazy contraption maybe when I'm 50). Most importantly, I needed something portable. Man, am I happy this lil futuristic tsunami pillow exists (not it's real name, I give it nicknames cus it's just so cute and weird lookin!) I'll have to travel with it and have one in my life forever from here on out but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make... "

I use this when my neck gets tight
I have issues with my neck. Have been told to use a towel that is rolled up under my neck to help stretch it out. This replaces that towel and makes it easier to do. Helps ease those muscles and relax them when they get tight. I use only for a few minutes at a time while laying down on the floor. Works well. Would highly recommend.

It really works!
I wasn’t sure about this strange looking thing, but it really works! I was starting to have bad neck pain, probably from lately spending more time working on the computer, on my phone, and reading books, all with terrible posture. Tried this thing out, after just a couple of uses my neck pain is almost completely gone and noticeably better range of motion has returned!

This little product really works! I had a baby 7 months ago and I’m always hunched holding him or feeding or hunched at work. My neck gets stiff and sore. I use this to stretch my neck at night and I feel so much tension release. Surprised by how well it works !

I purchased this to help with neck tension. It is a hard surface, making it uncomfortable during use initially. The instructions provided said there will be an adjustment period while using, breaking it down in three stages of what it'll feel like. It definitely had been accurate. The first few times using it, the discomfort was noticable to the point if it didn't ease I would have returned it. Fortunately it did and I'm glad I waited it out. I sometimes feel how my neck practically relaxes on the neck stretcher. Almost every time I've used the neck stretcher, my neck feels like jelly upon removing it. I nearly cried one day after work from the relief I felt after using it. My neck had been sssooo tense it felt like a claw from a prize machine gripping the back of my neck all day.

Important for Self Care
